NORTH DARTMOUTH, MASS. 6/19/13 Keene State College captured its unprecedented 13th consecutive Little East Commissioner s Cup after the conference office released the final standings for the 2012-2013 academic year this afternoon. The Owls finished in the top-third of the Little East regular season standings in 13 of their 17 (.765) conference sponsored sports with an average of 6.294 points to earn the trophy in each of the 13 years it has been presented.
